Audition Preparation

Many of our students train with a view to making a career from dance and drama. We offer our time free of charge, providing both advise and encouragement where necessary to students guiding them through the entire audition process and preparation which would include; career meetings for students to discuss their various career paths, help with audition photos, application forms, references, audition preparation and information on funding and scholarships for the following:-

Scholarships with the British Ballet Organization (BBO)

The British Ballet Organization is the only syllabus to offer successful student's regular training with professional teachers from full time vocational schools at British Ballet Organization headquarters in London. Once students are successful training is ongoing. Classes are non syllabus and for the serious student who wishes to pursue a career in dance.

 

Audition for Junior Ballet Scholarship

Criteria for audition entry for Junior Ballet Scholarships - students must have gained Ballet grade 4 and be aged ten.

 

Audition for Senior Ballet Scholarship

Criteria for audition entry for Senior Ballet Scholarships - students must have gained Ballet Intermediate Foundation and be aged thirteen.

 

Audition for Senior Jazz Scholarship

Criteria for audition entry for Senior Jazz Scholarships - students must have gained Modern grade 4 and be aged thirteen.
