School Show

Pittville School Theatre, Sunday 20th February, 2:00pm

All cotumes are supplied by Danceworks except some items (socks etc) which students need to supply. Please click here to view these items and details of hair etc.

Arrive and leave in your finale costume / t-shirt, don't bring your leotards, you don't need them as we are in costume.

PLEASE LABEL EVERYTHING YOU BRING WITH YOU - Ballet shoes, Street shoes even your dance bag!

Parking on Show day: There are three entrances to the school, please use the first or the third to gain access to parking NOT the middle entrance as parking is restricted here.

Arrival Times at Theatre for Show

Students need to arrive at the theatre for the show at the following times:-

11:30am

Junior Street

Tap Grade 1..........Thriller (CK 6:30)

Ballet Grade 1..........Flower Faries (CK 5:55)

Ballet Primary..........Flower Faries (CK 5:20)

12:00pm

Ballet Pre – Primary..........Flower Fairies (CK 4:45) Cheeky Fairies BC (12:45)

Ballet Pre – Assessment..........Sun Rays CK (4:10) Cheeky Fairies BC (12:00)

Ballet Foundation..........Butterflies (CK 3:35) Snowflakes (BC 1:30)

12:30pm

Ballet Baby Beginners..........Apple Fairies (CK 3:00)

If you are arriving with your sister or brother because you are both in the show, please arrive at the earlier time.

Finale Costume

Everyone is welcome to be in the finale.

The costume is:-

Black any style trousers, jazz pants, tights, leggings Black Danceworks t-shirt £7.50 to buy. (If you have cut your t-shirt neckline already that is fine, still wear it for finale!) Black Modern / Jazz shoes, Ballet shoes, dance trainers, pumps, outside trainers

Please do not leave it too late to purchase / order you’re Danceworks T-shirt.

Everyone is part of the finale at the end but I will leave it at parent’s discretion as to whether the younger members of the school take part in it. Please let either myself or John know in advance of the show if you are not taking part in the finale so we are aware backstage.

After the show we let the youngest students go first with seniors leaving last.

Please arrive and leave the theatre in your finale costume which is a practical costume!!

Make – Up

All students need to wear make – up as the stage lights are bright and ‘drown’ out student’s features.

That said I definitely don’t want the babies and very young students looking ‘painted’ – just natural make-up for them.

Everyone needs to supply the following please do not rely on a friend!
